Please find attached a copy of the Supreme Court judgment which states that holidays declared under the Negotiable Instruments Act will not be applicable for private industrial establishments. Due to my immense respect for the great and beloved leader Bharat Ratna Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, I did not upload the judgment yesterday.
