I have some queries regarding leave management under the Factory or Minimum Wages Act:
1. How many days are required to work in a week for entitlement to a weekly off?
2. Can a weekly holiday or Factory Holiday fall in the middle of paid leave? Is it considered or not?
3. After Casual Leave, can employees be entitled to take Sick Leave continuously?

Hi,
Please correct the word "of" in the title... I think this "of" means something different than your intent.
1. I don't think a weekly "statutory" holiday can be canceled based on workdays in a week. You can even define "4 days work - 3 days off" in the policy. On the other hand, I am sure you cannot show all 7 days as workdays.
2. It depends on your company policy definition.
3. It depends on your company policy definition and management discretion.
