Hello Sir,

I have been working with the same company for less than 9 years and 6 months, and I am still employed by the same company. Can I withdraw my pension fund while still working for the same company? If yes, what will happen to my pension if I continue to work there until retirement? Will the EPS contributions start again from my salary, and will I be eligible to receive a pension after reaching 58 years of age?

The basic requirement for eligibility for a pension is ten years of service before retirement. However, you can only claim it after your retirement. We do not know your age and your date of retirement. If it is feasible, you may continue for another six months to become eligible for the pension.

As Mr. Jagat suggested, you cannot withdraw your PF & Pension amount without settling all dues in full and final. You can work with your HR team to settle your account, but you cannot rejoin the same organization before 3 months. If you agree with this, please proceed.
