How Can I Professionally Ask Employees for Their Birthdates as a New HR?

Hi,Im a fresher and working as a hr..how can i send mails to the employees of asking their birthday dates in a professional way?

Hi,

Already, you should have the list of employee details along with their birthdates in the personnel file. It is better to check those files and make a note of them. Why should you unnecessarily collect the information again?
