In my opinion, the only limit for a human is the sky. As a personal assistant, I am not sure about the type of company you work for and its profile, along with your Terms of Reference (TOR). However, as someone who started from zero and is now working as a Human Resource generalist at the UN, I can say that if you work hard, nothing is impossible for you to achieve. Do not worry and keep moving forward.

Now, see - you have been working in close liaison with the Head of the Plant, and you have full access to studying all policies, proposals, financial results, and techno-commercial aspects of the company. It will enrich your overall knowledge of business administration. So, friend, dive into the sea and explore the vast opportunities. We are sure that if you spiritually devote yourself to the day-to-day functions of the company, you will definitely enrich yourself, and your prospects will be higher in the near future. It is good at present for initiation, but try to find another job in your field while working. If you feel comfortable with UH after working, in the coming seasons, they may transfer you to the Finance & Accounts section, which will be beneficial for you.
