Hi,
5 1/2 months ago, I resigned from a company. I haven't withdrawn my PF from my previous company. I would like to know the procedure for withdrawal. I have my PF account number. Do I have to get any signature from my previous company? Which form should I submit? Can I submit it directly to the PF office?

Hi Shobha,
To get your withdrawal of PF from your previous account (organization), you need to get Form 19 & Form 10 C filled up and signed by yourself on revenue stamp, and your previous employer and submit it at the regional PF office. Take an acknowledgment from them.
Withdrawals of PF can be done only after a 60-day period following resignation.
Hope this information answers your query.
