My company is a retail jeweler with 1200 employees. We have been using the biometric attendance method for the past year and have conducted several awareness programs to educate employees on how to imprint their finger without fail.
However, many employees have shown a lack of interest or have forgotten to clock in using the biometric system. As a solution, we have decided to implement HRMS. I kindly request guidance on how to effectively raise awareness and establish this as a routine activity for our employees.

Link up the biometric system with payroll preparation. That way, the employees will remember that if they forget to mark biometric attendance, they may lose a day's salary. Of course, I am not suggesting that those who fail to log in should lose pay, but a system in which someone fails to log in has to approach their HOD to ensure there is no loss of pay. I would also suggest the introduction of Sodexo coupons for employees, where the log-in details ensure that they receive one coupon for the day. This incentive and a time cutoff will ensure attendance and proper log-in.
