I wish to start my own recruitment consultancy firm based from home. My child is too young; hence, I cannot work outside. My questions are:

- What are the legal aspects I need to take care of?
- How do I prepare the business plan while approaching non-IT companies?
- How do I prepare the necessary contract between the non-IT company and myself? (Sample copy of the contract)

Since I haven't got myself registered, I am looking out for freelance work as of now. I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest how the contract should look between the concerned company and freelancer. What is the rate a freelancer is supposed to charge, and how do we, as freelancers, protect ourselves from any legal actions and unforeseen liability?

At present, I wish to start with non-IT companies and then move to other sectors. Thanks in advance.

Thanks & Regards,
Anuradha

I have over 2 years of work experience in IT and its recruitments. I am interested in working as a freelance recruiter from home as I have a child and cannot work at an office location. If there are any requirements, please call me.
