I hope that you people will give me good suggestions. I worked in FMCG as an HR Executive in India for more than two years. After that, I got a chance to go overseas, and since June 2014, I have been in Saudi Arabia. Here, all the staff are Filipinos and Koreans, and I am the only Indian in my office. All the Filipinos are playing politics with me because I am the only Indian, and the managers also listen to them. I am working alone and silently. I can't concentrate on my work because of the wrong working conditions and the bad attitude of everyone. I need your suggestions on what to do. I was thinking of going back to India, but at the same time, I think if I go back, I will be jobless. There are a lot of tensions in my mind, and I really can't think now. So please, I need your suggestions.
