I was working with Necta Technology Pvt Ltd, located in Chennai, Egmore, from February 2006 until April 31, 2014, without any break. The company has closed, and to date, they have not paid my last month's salary. Additionally, my PF and gratuity have also not been settled. Despite my inquiries, they are not responding. What should I do? Please suggest.

It is very sad to hear about the closure. Try logging into the PF website. There is a Grievance or Complaint menu on the PF website where you can lodge your PF-related concerns.
Most likely, your company should be registered for PF in Royapettah, Chennai. Please visit the PF office in Royapettah and share the necessary details with them; they will assist you.
