Who feels that it is a waste of time? The management or the employees themselves? Please be clear to the readers when raising a doubt or query to enable them to understand the issue properly. If the employees feel this way, how can you engage them in something in which they are disinterested? Have you found out what interests them? How can the members find this out? First, engage the employees in this fact-finding exercise.
