Hello friends,
Pl help me out…
We have a plan to implement crèche facility in our office. Our company is a BPO company in chennai.
Wanted to know how many BPO companies have this facility and what could be the benefits.
Are there any particular service providers available to take care of this?
Any policy document available for this?
Please through some ideas...
Thnks in advance.

In the software industry, the male-female ratio is 76:24. In the ITES-BPO sector, the ratio is 31:69."
With the rising number of women in the industry, it is only a matter of time before crèche facilities become mandatory at software companies, says a NASSCOM representative” – source: The Hindu
