I have completed my MBA in HR and Marketing from Pratap University. Due to some fee issues, the college didn't give me my final marksheet and certificate. I have reapplied for the scholarship, and the fee issue will be resolved by the end of this year. Currently, I have my semester results up to the 3rd semester.

First, get the final mark sheet. Without the original certificate, no university will entertain you for admission for a Ph.D. Even if some universities accept your application based on a photocopy of the final result, you will need to show them the original during admission, or your money will be forfeited.
