Thanks for your view, but I need your suggestion. If I enroll in XLRI Distance Learning MBA Courses, will it add any value? I understand that a full-time master's from XLRI definitely carries weight on the resume, but I am considering a distance education/satellite program from XLRI. Currently, I am planning to pursue an additional degree program related to HR through distance learning/satellite programs that can add value to my resume and help me secure a good job placement.
If someone can recommend a good institute, apart from XLRI, whose distance learning/satellite program can enhance my resume, I would appreciate it. Look forward to your help.
