Paid Leave Accumulation in Private Companies: What Are the Rules for a 250-Employee Dealership?


As the HR head of an automotive dealership, I would like to know if there are any laid-down rules regarding the accumulation of PL (Paid Leave) in an organization like ours. We are a private limited company employing about 250 employees.
