I have resigned as Manager-Operations from a Private Limited Company after working for 4 years and 7 months, and I have 58 days of earned leave to my credit as of the date of resignation. Now, I would like to inquire whether those leaves can be encashed or not.
It would be highly appreciated if you could provide information on this matter, including any relevant rule positions.
Thank you.

With regards to your query, I would like to say that you can encash your earned leave, but you must go through your company's leave policy. It varies from company to company. So kindly go through all the policies and understand the limits on how much leave you can accumulate to be encashed. Alternatively, you can contact your HR Manager for further details.
