Classification of Employee Benefits

All benefits are related to monetary aspects only. It should be rephrased as Direct or Indirect.

Direct Benefits: Incentives, variable pay, bonus, ex-gratia, allowances, etc.

Indirect Benefits: Free food, transport, accommodation, insurance cover, welfare schemes, etc.
