No Transactions This Year: Do I Still Need to Pay Professional Tax?

Sir, If my some companies has not any transaction during the year No Sales & No Purchase & Not any expenses during the year in that case is it required to Pay professional Tax OR Not

Dear Friend,

You are going to deduct professional tax from the employees who are employed by you. Whether there is profit or loss, it's mandatory to pay the professional tax amount.
