I have delivered results in HR that any qualified HR professional can achieve. As I am only a graduate and not a full-time MBA holder, I wonder if I will have the opportunity to work in another company where my creative work is valued more than my qualifications.

However, to avoid a lack of relevant qualifications hindering your future aspirations in HR or for a better package, I suggest pursuing a part-time MBA in Bhubaneshwar. If that is not feasible, consider a part-time diploma in HR or a certification in HR.
