Hello Anita,
Thank you for posting such an interesting PPT on "Attitude"; however, the PPT focused more on "Body Language." Otherwise, it's very informative. Thanks for it and keep posting! :)

Dear Anita,
The presentation is fantastic. The content is much more than attitude. Keep up the good work. I have got an assignment to develop a training module on customer satisfaction, and I shall definitely take some input from this. It was a big help. 😊😊😄😄
Thanks and regards,

Hi Sardharji,
Thank you very much for paying attention to my observation. I appreciate it. My attitude is "continuous learning through all the five senses." Naturally, this requires straining your mind, body, and soul. It is intellectually enjoyable and beneficial for mental health. In this way, you continuously move towards "perfection." Negative emotions can spoil you and those around you. I always try my best to avoid them but also learn from those that I find valuable. Positive criticism is always better. I definitely do not keep garbage or scrap in any form around me. I have been continuously looking out for your articles, PPTs, and observations on this forum. I have found them quite meaningful, and I really enjoy it. This is commonly referred to as "intellectual intercourse." 😄

Good morning Anita,
Welcome to this group. I have gone through the PPT on Attitude. It's really interesting; with more images, it will provide a better understanding than words alone. Good work was done by relating the Iceberg with human attitude for better comprehension. All the best.
Keep smiling :) :)
