I was suspended in March 2009. After 3 months, the company filed an FIR against me. Now the case is in court, but to date, I have not received any other letter or any compensation from the company. Please advise if I can get compensation and how to proceed?

Thank you for your assistance. I worked as a computer hardware engineer. Many times, I was required to travel outstation for hardware and software purposes. As a result, I always carried some computer hard disks with me, both at work and at home. The company did not have a strategy in place to maintain logistics records. When management changed, they encountered difficulties retrieving certain data, which led to suspicions regarding my boss and me. Consequently, my boss was terminated. When questioned, I promptly submitted all hard disks to the company. However, management decided to suspend me. It has been 3-4 months since the company filed a case against my boss and me, and the matter is currently in court. I have been suspended for the past 4 years without any further notice or compensation from the company. I would appreciate any advice you can provide.
