Understanding ESIC Hospital and Dispensary Functioning in Emergencies

I want to know the complete functioning of ESIC Hospital and Dispensary in case of an emergency. Nowadays, many private hospitals have been included in the ESIC panel, which can be called a Network Hospital. If an insured person faces an emergency situation and there is nobody at home, they are taken to the network hospital. Can they avail the cashless medical facility from that hospital? What formalities should be carried out to get cashless benefits? Please provide me with details of the full functioning in case of an emergency as it will be a great source of information for all insured individuals to receive timely treatment.

Regarding the list of network hospitals in Delhi, you will need to check on ESIC's Delhi website, i.e., http://www.esicdelhi.org.in

Thank you.
