HR Process Assistance Needed

Kindly assist me with the questions below regarding HR processes:

1. Can you recover your financial loss from gratuity?
2. Can you terminate the service of an employee by paying wages in lieu of notice for misconduct committed by them?
3. How do you measure/appraise your payroll position?
4. Tell me about a time when you took disciplinary action against an employee. How did you decide what to do?
5. Describe two or three major trends in your payroll field.
6. What is the maximum limit for HRA, CCA, Medical, and Children Education Allowance?
7. If, on the expiry of probation, an employee is not confirmed, what is its effect?
8. Is there any procedure prescribed under the Trade Unions Act 1926 to recognize trade unions?

I appreciate your attempt. I would like to correct you as follows:

Can You Recover Your Financial Loss from Gratuity?

Yes, it can be done only in the case of termination of service for any act, willful omission, or negligence causing any damage or loss to, or destruction of, the property of the employer, to its extent.

Major Trends in the Payroll Field

I think the querist wants to ask about major threads or fields in payroll. The answer to it: (i) input, (ii) earnings, and (iii) deductions.

Maximum Limit for HRA, CCA, Medical, and Children Education Allowance

There is no law that says you need to pay HRA, CCA, Medical, or Children Education Allowance, except in some states where there is a law of minimum HRA. You can pay all these allowances with no maximum limit.
