I need a letter format for Loss of Pay for an employer who received a salary less than expected. Can anyone help me with this? The employer's salary is 15,000, but he only received 14,500 due to a loss of pay. According to his payslip, he requires a letter format for Loss of Pay (as the employer has applied for a loan and the bank manager needs it). Please assist me with this.
Thanks,
Lakshmi

Providing Payslips and Salary Certificates
Does your company provide the payslip? If so, the payslip contains all the details, including loss of pay. If your company does not provide the salary slip, you can issue a salary certificate, which will suffice for the employee's needs, such as submitting to the bank regarding their gross salary.
Loss of Pay Letters
Usually, the company never gives a letter on loss of pay. Please wait for seniors to advise further.
