Please be specific about the query. If you are talking about the medical reimbursement of $1250 per month, it will be paid every month, provided the medical bills supporting the same are produced to the HR/Finance team. The same amount shall also be paid once a year, in full with proper bills. If not supported with bills, applicable taxes will be deducted from that particular amount.

Dear Mahesji, I want to ask - when your gross salary is <15000 per month, ESI is applicable. When your gross salary is >15000, then medical reimbursement occurs. I want to inquire about what happens when the employee submits medical bills. At that time, who will pay the amount, the company or someone else? Please specify.
Regards.

I think you want to know who will pay the medical reimbursement for higher salaried persons from ₹15,000, like ₹15,100, ₹16,000, or more. The employee will be covered under the health insurance corporation, and the insurance company will pay the amount if he is covered with insurance. If not satisfied, then feel free to contact me at [Phone Number Removed For Privacy Reasons].
If you have any further questions or need clarification, please feel free to reach out.
