Request for Training Effectiveness Checklist
I work in an automobile firm as the in-charge of training. I was asked by my superiors to quantify the amount of application of concepts employees are utilizing that they have learned in the training program. As a part of this, I am in search of a checklist related to measuring training effectiveness. Please do share if anyone has such a checklist. If it is not available, please suggest how to design a checklist related to this subject.
