I am a student of PGDBM in HR. We have been assigned a project in which we have to explain how a manager could be made bulletproof using problem-solving skills. A manager needs to handle a situation in which a problem has arisen and requires a step-by-step process to solve it in a cool and calm manner without getting frustrated. The manager should be very cautious in a problematic situation. Please help me improve my managerial skills in problem-solving.

By doing so, you will become aware of both the positive and negative aspects of the decisions made for a particular problem. After this process, whatever decision you make would be the best.
