Who should sign a Share Certificate when we are issuing it? Is the M.D.'s signature enough, or should it be signed by someone else as well?

Hi Nayeem, Share Certificates are usually signed by the Company Secretary and either the Managing Director OR Chief Financial Officer. Regards, Harsh
