Hi, I completed my BBA this year. I heard about a course called MSc Human Resource Development Psychology from Madras University. Can someone help me by explaining the scope and career opportunities of this course? I don't want to take up an MBA, which is the major reason for searching for degrees compatible with BBA. I would also like to pursue an M.Phil and PhD as my aim is to take up lectureship as a profession. I kindly request you to please help me out with this.
Thank you.

An MSc in Human Resource Development Psychology from Madras University would add value to you as an HRD professional. Coupled with some real-time exposure, it would be beneficial for you in organizational development work or for pursuing a career as a lecturer.
I recommend considering pursuing a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD if you are interested in becoming a lecturer.
Thank you.
