Dear ABC, As Per Factory Act 1948, Women worker & child Labour(worker) not allowed to work from 7:00PM to 6:00AM. Incase of if any employer employed the employer meets with offtences.

You will need approval from the factory inspector or labor commissioner to employ women in the night shift. You must prove that they are secure and that pick-up and drop-off facilities are provided to residences. Furthermore, I believe the decision to work the night shift has to be voluntary and cannot be mandatory.
