Dear Sir, Our consultant has submitted the wrong PF return for the year 2011-12. He has mentioned the incorrect Establishment number on the return, causing a mismatch in all PF data.
Revised Filing and Withdrawal Issues
Subsequently, we filed Form 6A and 3A for the year 2011-12 (Revised). However, when attempting to withdraw the PF, the department informed us that the account number mentioned in 2011-12 does not match their records.
Upon checking the PF slips yesterday, I noticed that the amounts on the slips are still incorrect.
Kindly advise on the procedure to correct these errors so that we can assist the employees in obtaining their correct PF amounts.

The best option would be for you to visit your nearest EPFO office and meet the EDP operator there. Explain the whole scenario to him and request that he cancel the previous return and consider the new one. This is possible as the accounting clerk can reject the EPF return and upload the new one with confirmation from his senior.

Dear sir,
By mistake, we filed the wrong EPF return. The number of NCP days column had the total days input in the return from April 1, 2016, to June 2018. When attempting to withdraw the EPF, the department rejected the withdrawal. Please guide me on how to address this matter.
Thank you.
