For those preparing to implement a quiz as an HR initiative in their organizations, I have attached a list of questions (including General Knowledge, Business, etc.). The attached questions are categorized and include brief explanations of the facts.

A useful method is for the quiz master to ask the question and, once the answer is guessed by the teams/audience, provide a brief explanation of the fact. This information is also included in one of the attachments. The second attachment contains only the questions and their answers. While you may need to look up the detailed explanation of each fact, this should give you a head start on the types of questions.

It's important to keep in mind that if the questions are too mundane or business-centric, they can lose the interest of the audience and team members. The key is to include enough interesting trivia and questions based on those to keep them engaged.
