Hello everyone, I am working as an HR in an IT company and want to buy a database for recruitment. I am confused between Monster and Naukri. The reason being, I had discussions with a few people in HR, and their opinion is that in the IT database, Monster and Naukri are both equal.

Kindly share your experience with Naukri and Monster, and please provide your inputs on the same.

With Regards,

Both Naukri and Monster have their own expertise. Naukri deals with all levels of jobs, from freshers to senior levels, while Monster primarily focuses on senior profiles and international jobs. It ultimately depends on your company's requirements.

Thanks,

Do one thing: ask both service providers to give you a one-day trial. In the past, I did the same. See their databases and functionality. After taking the trials, you can easily judge it. I am using Naukri.com's database for selecting candidates for IT.

Thanking you,

Regards,
Ashish
