Hi guys, I need help regarding a visa. I don't know if this is the right forum to ask. My father is Pakistani, and he worked in Saudi Arabia for around 30 years. Now, he wants to go to Bangladesh permanently. However, since he is Pakistani, he can't get a visa there. So, his friend convinced him to do a re-entry exit to Dubai. He obtained a visa there, and his friend told him he would arrange an exit to Bangladesh on the same passport by canceling the Dubai visa.
Is it possible to do this on the same day? Can he cancel the visa, or will my father get in trouble because his friend, who is only a porter, has access to a computer without permission? He claims he will cancel the visa from the computer and arrange a visa to Bangladesh on the same passport.

Visa Concerns for Traveling to Bangladesh
Irrespective of the rules, please note that your father's friend seems to be either ignorant or taking you for a ride. He can "manage" – if that's the right word – the exit from Dubai. But when your father lands in Bangladesh, he will definitely need the visa issued by the competent authority, not by anyone, as the friend suggests. If anyone with access to a computer could issue or cancel visas, the world would be in chaos by now, I am sure.
In all probability, I think your father is making the wrong choice by planning to go to Bangladesh – given the historical reasons you mentioned, obtaining a visa would indeed be tough. Maybe he needs to rethink his future plans.

Thanks, Mr. Tajsateesh, for your reply. I know my father is making a wrong decision. He never thinks of us. We are totally fine here in Saudi Arabia. I just want to know if he can really get the visa to Bangladesh like this. If not, that will be lucky for my family.
