Thank you for this useful information. It only shows that we should not give up if we receive adverse judgments from lower courts. By the way, when the facts are so clear that an option was given by the corporation in 1971 and documentary evidence was submitted, on what basis did the high court dismiss the appeal of the corporation? Surely, a perverse judgment by the High Court?
