Dear all, I have been working for an overseas consultant for the past one and a half years. Since November 10th, I have been on medical leave, and the doctor has strictly advised bed rest for at least three months. I have informed the management about this and provided medical test results and the doctor's contact number for verification.

Query Regarding Salary and Certificate Retrieval

I have a query regarding my salary: will my salary from November 1st to 10th be credited to my account? Given that I am not well and considering resigning, how can I retrieve my 10th original certificate held by the company since I have not served the notice period?

I kindly request your suggestions on this matter.

Thank you.

Why Request Your Certificate Back During Medical Leave?

Why do you want your certificate back when you are on medical leave? If the company needs to replace you, they will terminate you, giving due notice. In that case, they will have to return your certificate.
