Can anybody clarify if PF has become online? We are now uploading details of exiting employees and new joining employees online. There are no Form 5 and Form 10 required.

Documents Required for PF Withdrawal

My question is, what documents need to be enclosed with the PF withdrawal from the employer's end? Please provide clarification on this. I am awaiting your reply.

Thanks & Regards,
Pourna.

Thank you for the information. My doubt is regarding the ECR Return documents. Will all employees' contributions be included in the document, or do we only need to enclose the details of exiting employees and new joiners as they are in Part B and Part C?

Pourna.

If the total employment strength is less than a certain number, everything will be on a single sheet. In that case, you should include a full sheet. Otherwise, you should only enclose the last page, which displays Part B & Part C. Currently, there are no clear instructions regarding this. Since everything is done online, I feel it may not be required. However, it is better to enclose those pages. The PF personnel should not delay the process because of this reason. 

I have a query regarding PF. If an employee had PF deductions in a previous company but has filled a PF withdrawal form and in the current company, his basic is above 6500, can he opt-out from PF? Can he be exempted from PF?
