Lost ESIC Smart Card Procedure

I am working with an MNC Group with 180+ employees on the company's payroll, all of whom are under ESIC benefits. I want to ask you, in the event that an employee's smart card is lost by a government officer at the ESIC Office, what should we do in this situation? Can we reapply for it? If yes, please tell me what the procedure is.

Data Missing in ESIC Office System

Another issue I have noticed is that many employees go to the ESIC office with their families for smart card processing, but after a few days, there is no data in the ESIC office system for that employee, leading to a refusal to issue the smart card.

If your employee's Smart card is missing from the office, then the employee should have a receiving slip when they go to make a Smart card. They will need to visit either the R.O. or S.R.O. and show their slip to request a new smart card. The department will search for the card; otherwise, they will charge Rs. 25 to 50 for issuing a duplicate.

Secondly, if you generate the TIC online or update employee data using the IP family detail option while logged in, employees will not refuse to make the card.

Thank you.
