Please tell me what could be the best example, or you can share your experience on Internal Customer Service where you have taken an initiative to solve a complex query from your colleague. Thanks for your response. I have four years of experience working in India in an HR generalist profile. Now, I have migrated to Australia. In my last interview here, the interviewer asked me this question, but in the feedback, I got to know that they expect a response involving a complex situation.
