Our company is 6 years old and has our own in-house development products and patented solutions that are being used by government, semi-government, and private organizations—with almost 700 clients spread across India.

Is there any disclaimer/notice to be issued by an internet firm where any concern from an individual needs to be first notified to the company before lodging a complaint or a public outcry in the media? In case the individual reports to the media, including print, electronic, and social, without informing the firm, they stand liable up to a defamation case.
The motive to look for this information is to make sure a genuine concern gets acknowledged without letting it be used as a publicity stunt for or against any company or individual.
