Don't you think it could be more meaningful and appropriate if you also mention the purpose and/or background of this poll? That would give the members a broader perspective of your posting.

Good suggestion, TS. Innovation has been the most talked-about but least implemented process in organizations across India. As a result, Indian companies are facing tough competition from global companies from China and other countries. Lowering prices as a strategy won't help in the long term; however, it will put companies in financial trouble. The time has come to innovate to beat the competition.
Recently, I read an article that discusses the innovation process initiative in Indian companies. It seems the Government of India formed a committee of prominent industrial personalities to accelerate innovation in India and also hired an Israeli consultant to build the Israeli Innovation model in India. The Israeli committee clearly stated in their report, "India should focus on creating innovators before creating the innovation process; there are not enough innovators that could lead the organization to build innovative products."
Purpose: "Innovation in Everything" is the core activity of Forscher. I created this poll to understand how organizations are embracing the innovation process. Is it limited to only training programs, or are they now keen to implement it? Based on the poll results, I would like to create awareness about how organizations can approach innovation from their preferred method of innovation execution.
Hope this helps.
