Hi Everyone,
As promised, we have added a new downloads search tool, which will be visible near the footer of the page once you have logged in. The search tool can be used to browse all available downloads on CiteHR. Currently, the downloads do not have any descriptions added to them, so everyone is welcome to edit the descriptions of the files by clicking on the "Admin - Add/edit descriptions" link at the footer of the search results page. Hope this will make life easier for many.

Thanks for this initiative...If there was more info about the file and the same was codified according to branches it would have been muchmore better.

The downloads description will be added in some time. I am getting someone to do that part. Unfortunately, it'll be difficult to categorize the downloads because this will have to be done manually. Perhaps we can have a page with all the best downloads.
In any case, once the descriptions are added, the search results will give very targeted results, making it very useful for everyone. You can try out a few search queries and see for yourself.

I tried and found it useful. I also request you to come up with similar downloadable formats of employer-employee letters like resignation acceptance, warning, relieving order, increment, promotion letter, transfer, etc. It seems it would be useful. Please comment.

Simply wonderful initiative!
Definitely, it will help a lot of HR personnel. Hopefully, sooner or later, categorization will help us more than at present. I would like to request you to email the announcement one more time to all citehr members.

Dear CHR,
Excellent. One more suggestion: In your daily summary of postings sent to us via email, can you have a separate listing mentioning "Attachments Posted today," etc.? This will help us quickly go through the postings and view the interesting and useful attachments since it takes time to browse each one.
Also, try to see if you can make a content search inside the attachments. This will also be helpful for many. However, it is not a must now considering the time and effort you have to put in.
