I would like to confirm if there is additional compensation if there is a declared suspension of work due to bad weather. For those who continue working that day, is there additional pay? How many percent is it, if there is? Please help. I need an answer.

I guess you are referring to the recent typhoon that affected many areas in the Philippines due to a natural calamity. Well, why would someone look for "money" when a company has been unselfish and kind in declaring "Suspension of work" for those who cannot make it due to bad weather? If you have worked, it was your duty anyway, and you would be rewarded in kind for your honesty and courage to support the company in adverse conditions.

Question of Fairness in Compensation

Answer this: "What benefits/salary will you give for:
1. A soldier who died with an enemy bullet on the border,
2. A soldier who fought and returned back injured, and
3. A soldier who was not able to fight at all.

Whom amongst the three will you give more salary, if given an option? I guess all will get the same. No differentiation. Because it would be termed as greedy, jealous, and unfair. To ask for a monetary gain in adverse conditions is nothing but being selfishly opportunistic.

Cheers and wish you good luck.
