Dear All,

We have recently started a Saturday session in the office, which includes training or discussions on certain common topics such as etiquette, communication skills, personality development, and team-building activities. Initially, it's only for the sales department, and now we are planning to include the back-office staff as well. This session is conducted by my director himself, and it's fun because during this session, everyone is free to talk or discuss any points.

Request for Email Format for Saturday Sessions

Hence, I need a format of an email to send out to all staff mentioning this session and preparing them mentally for these kinds of sessions. We don't want to make it mandatory for everyone to attend, but we would appreciate it if anyone joins at their will.

Please help me with some samples of emails. It's urgent.

Regards,

From India, Mumbai
