Hi, I am working as an HR executive in a small IT company. I have recently shifted to the Employee's Compensation and Benefits department and am currently working on an assignment regarding Employee's Tax-Effective Benefits Plans. I require some details on this and the maximum limit up to which they contribute to the Cost to Company (CTC). It would be a great help if you could share some information with me.

Thanks.

Please find the attached file. You will receive the salary structure in accordance with the income tax. The rules are also mentioned in one of the worksheets.

For any further clarification, feel free to write or discuss.

The zip file uploaded by Prasenjit should be able to provide most of the information that you are looking for. However, one should also remember that implementing those options is a huge challenge, since the chances of abuse are very high, and the IT authorities would be very quick to hit your company with fines and notices if they feel that the system has been abused.

If you need more clarity on implementation, let me know.

Thanks,

Regards
