Induction vs. Onboarding

Induction and onboarding are two different things:

- **Induction:** This process involves making the new joiner familiar with the organization's processes, procedures, goals, vision, mission, and also introducing them to other employees.

- **Onboarding Formalities:** This process involves the completion of joining formalities with the new joiner at the time of joining.
