Hi everyone, this is Amruta. I am working on a project on "Developing a Grievance Handling Mechanism." I want to visit a few companies that have trade unions so that I can understand the grievance handling procedures they are following. Please guide me on this. I aim for a realistic project.

Thank you so much for sharing the information with me. Actually, what I need to do is to design a mechanism to track grievances from people. There are workmen and staff, both numbering around 150 each. Workmen do not have computer access.

Categories of Grievances

I have categorized the grievances into the following:

- Monetary
- Non-monetary

Under monetary: payroll, compensation, and benefits related.

Under non-monetary:

1. People
- Supervisor
- Work group
2. Welfare
- Items
- Events
3. Work
- Safety
