Hi Guys,

I am working on a comprehensive documentation standardization plan for a manufacturing company. This plan would include all sorts of process and information documentation methods and tools.

I am seeking required inputs and references to gain insight. Additionally, I would like to know where one can find information on the ISO standards for documentation. Are there any industry-specific guidelines available?

Regards,
Rahul

Hi All, "Customer Delight" is the key slogan in ISO 9000-2000. Have a look at this ppt on "customer delight". Thanks Bala

Hi Bala,

It's really good that you are sharing the information with everyone on the net. The company I am working for is already an ISO/TS 16949 certified company. Now, our company is planning to implement OHSAS. Can you please help me with the standardization and documentation regarding the same?

Actually, the Quality Assurance (QA) team was initially looking into it, but the responsibility for OHSAS has been assigned to me.

Thank you and regards,
Promila

Query related to calculating training Cost and reporting the same to the management
1.What are parameters that need to be considered when calculating “Internal Training Cost”?
2.What are parameters that need to be considered when calculating “External Training Cost”?
3. How do we generate the report, to what dept level? Any sample report, showing the total cost for the training incl. misc expenses?
5. Any standard templates used in the industry?

Hi Promila,

The various details on OHSAS training, etc., are available on the site http://emea.bsi-global.com/OHS/Overview/index.xalter. There is also a document titled OHS quick guide. Of course, this is not an Indian company.

Thanks,
Bala
