I joined the company on January 24, 2009, and my last day will be February 20, 2012. I receive a basic salary of $1500, $800 for housing, and a $200 transportation allowance. How can I compute my settlement, and am I entitled to payment for 10 days per year?

If your basic salary is only $1500, then the leave calculation would be 10 days.
$1500/30 * 10 = $500
For LTC, the formula is $1500/365 * (number of present days applicable for the year).
For Medical, the calculation is $1500/365 * number of present days.
In the case of Gratuity, the formula is (Basic + DA + VDA) / 26 X 15 X number of service years (which is 3 years).

Bonus = Monthly Basic + DA + VDA * min (8.33%) or as per your company's fixed percentage rule.
i.e. = 10000 * 8.33% = 833
If your company has a locked bonus (for example, Bonus is 9900/- p.a.):
If basic + DA + VDA is more than 3500, then take only 3500; if less than 3500, take the actual amount.
Maximum Lock Amount = 3500 * 8.33% = Rs. 292.00
Suppose your company bonus is fixed at 25%, then 3500 * 25% = Rs. 875.00
LTA & MEDICAL
(Basic + DA + VDA) / (number of year day 365 * present days)
Example: (Basic + DA + VDA is 5000 / 365) * Monthly present days (30) = Rs. 411
LTA = 411
MEDICAL also = 411
