I need to develop a training module on TQM as a part of my presentation at the University. I'm doing my MBA from the University of Pune (PUMBA) and I was wondering if any of you have developed such modules. If anyone could share their presentations or documentations, it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Hi Martin,
Do you have a plan of what the presentation needs to cover, and for what group of people/audience?
How much have you developed yourself of the presentation you need to give?
What areas have you covered so far?
Some readers may be reluctant to provide materials if they feel that these materials will simply be copied and used by others for their own credit. Especially if these readers have spent many hours putting these materials together.
Other readers may feel that in relation to students (especially at the MBA level) asking for assistance with assignments, these students should be challenged to create some or all of the assignment and so learn as they proceed. Students who are not challenged in this way to really learn and yet still achieve an MBA are putting themselves in danger as they will be seen as capable and knowledgeable yet against the wider world of MBAs, they will fall. It will also do a disservice perhaps to the institute that awards the MBA.
Still, other readers will require more information as they have large quantities of materials that may help, but for copyright and other legal reasons are unable to provide full copies but need to see how they could extract small pieces that are very relevant and help the person making the request achieve their aims too.
I actually fall into all three of the categories above!!
So, give me a bit more info as requested at the start of this reply, and I'll see what I can do!

Hello Martin, I am sorry that I was not clear with my requirements. I have already decided on my audience for the presentation, the objectives, and the desired outcomes of the training program. However, as I am from a commerce background, I do not know much about TQM, just the basic core knowledge that everybody should know. I have not seen it in implementation. What I would like to know are the steps that I should include in my training program regarding TQM. However, I think it's too late now as I have my presentation tomorrow on Saturday, and I'm trying to find some information online right now. However, if someone can contribute any information today, it would be of great help. I will post my presentation here once it's complete. Cheers.
